Wes & Dooley did a very professional job installing our new smart water heater. Quite a bit of plumbing and thinking outside the box were involved and they did a fantastic job. Wes and his partner did an amazing job. They came out and replaced all the cast iron pipes underneath the house. They took the job very seriously and made sure everything was correct. They answered every question we had and explained it until we fully understood. They were both very professional and respectful. If I was their boss, I would give them both a raise or a bonus for how well they did. I will be using this company for any future plumbing.

Like most, I dread calling a plumber for the cost and the confusing information that usually seems to be an aggressive selling of services. Tried Schrader for the first time and was blown away by the multiple forms and frequency of communications during the process which included a pic and brief bio of the technician prior to arrival. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were professional, courteous, and very responsive. Needed a new water heater and the installation is exceptionally well done. I’ll be using Schrader from now on.

We had a leak under the slab in the garage which required cutting the foundation and excavating a tunnel. Our issue is with the crew (contractors) they sent to do this. The communication was horrible. I spent numerous days waiting at the house, only for them to no-show. They spoke no English and we were not given any way to contact them. They left an enormous pile of dirt in our garage, making it unusable for almost a month. We are very angry and will NOT be calling Schrader in the future. Although the plumber they sent was pleasant and did his job, these contractors were sent by Schrader and they are responsible for the work they provided. We tried numerous times to fix this problem and have been unsuccessful. We are still unable to use our garage. If this situation is not rectified immediately, I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau.

Schrader Plumbing was recommended to me and so I called them. Their employee Shawn came and was quick in diagnosing what was needed. He is a very competent young man and an excellent employee. I would recommend Schrader Plumbing and if need be, I would use them again. Thank you, Shawn!

Highly recommend! By far the best experience I’ve had with a Plumber very professional and knowledgeable! Their scheduling system is awesome. You get an alert via text and phone call. Great communication he even showed up early and same-day service. Blakey and her team are fantastic!
